All 4 almost identically sized double bedrooms have air conditioning and their own access to the pool terrace. The 3 bathrooms (1 en suite) are modern and spacious. The imposing and open-plan living and dining area is very tastefully furnished and also has its own access to the covered pool terrace with dining table and beach chair. The adjoining separate high-quality kitchen is fully equipped and from here you can also access the cozy terrace area. Next to the kitchen is a separate utility room with washing machine and dryer. Adjacent to the terrace is the saltwater pool with a separate shower (pool size: 4 x 8 m). To the side of the pool is the BBQ with a dining table. The doors are 74 cm wide and therefore suitable for some wheelchairs. There are special ramps for wheelchairs.

Description of the surrounding area:

The completely fenced finca is quietly located (11,000 sqm) between Llucmajor and Campos in the countryside. Restaurants, cafes, shops, banks and doctors are just 2 km from the finca in the nearby village of Campos. There you can go for a wonderful stroll and will usually find what you are looking for with great Mallorcan offers. Es Trenc beach in Sa Rapita is only 13 km away, Es Trenc in Ses Covetes is 15 km away and Es Ec Trenc beach in Colonia Sant Jordi is also only 17 km away. There in Colonia Sant Jordi, the very popular night market is held every Wednesday, even in summer. Many restaurants offer delicious food, bars offer live music and much more. The "Es Trenc" is not wrongly called "the Caribbean of Mallorca". You can walk for hours and find natural beaches. In the direction of Sa Rapita you will find beach bars that offer a snack or coffee and ensaimadas. The places in the area are also worth seeing: Ses Salines with its great restaurants, Santanyi with its beautiful Placa. Palma with its cathedral and the idyllic old town as well as the small boutiques.

The beautiful town of Colónia Sant Jordi and its beaches are also called "the Caribbean" of Mallorca. Bays with fine sandy beaches and crystal clear water. The natural beach "Es Trenc", the unique still untouched beach of the island. Sports: hiking, horseback riding, tennis, sailing, cycling, Colonia St. Jordi has a wonderful hiking and cycling area. You can rent bicycles on site. Every day a tourist boat goes to the island of Cabrera. Surfing, inline skating, fitness, aerobics, Batuka...
