The tastefully furnished village house Cas Murè   accommodates 2 spacious double bedrooms and 2 beautiful bathrooms on the ground floor on approx. 275 square meters of living space. On the 1st floor there is another spacious bedroom with another 3 double beds and a bathroom en suite over the entire area. The living-dining room and the American kitchen on the ground floor are open-plan and the kitchen is fully equipped with another dining area and a counter with bar stools. In the living area there is a cozy fireplace for cool evenings as well as a small and separately accessible gallery with another comfortable couch for reading or playing. The living-dining area leads to the completely fenced-in garden with pool (kidney shape 8x4 m) and outdoor shower, as well as a comfortable lounge area to relax. Behind the pool, a small step leads to another dining area with BBQ for hearty barbecues. As a very special highlight, 2 turtles await you behind the pool in a separate area, which like to nibble on a lettuce leaf or a piece of apple. Sufficient parking spaces are available in front of the house free of charge. The loving furnishing, some with antique agricultural accessories, gives this special holiday home a very special flair. Tourist tax:The tourist tax is paid on site in cash. (Persons from 16 years) max. €2.20 per person per night

Holiday surcharge:On national public holidays such as Easter, Pentecost and Christmas, we charge a surcharge of €40 per night.

special surcharge:For stays of less than 7 days, we charge a one-off expense allowance of 150 euros per night.

Payment:After your booking, we expect a deposit of 20% to one of our accounts, the balance is then paid on arrival in cash or via PayPal.

Currency:Payment of the rental price is only possible in the currency specified by the landlord (euro).

Description of the surrounding area:

The typically Majorcan furnished holiday home is located in a quiet side street in the idyllic town of Porreres. Porreres is also known for its apricot and wine growing. Pedestrian zone, restaurants, cafes, banks and shops can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. You can go for a wonderful stroll and will usually find what you are looking for with the great offer. The next town of Campos is only about 9 km away. There are many large supermarkets and the drugstore Müller. Here in Campos you will also find a wide range of delicious restaurants, Spanish bars and various shops as well as banks and pharmacies. The well-known "Es Trenc" beach is only about 20 minutes by car and it is not wrongly called "the Caribbean of Mallorca". Turquoise blue water and gently sloping sandy beaches are therefore ideal for families with children. You can walk for hours and find natural beaches. In one direction to Cap de Ses Salines or in the other direction via Ses Covetes to Sa Rapita you will find everything that makes a dream vacation. Sports facilities under and above water are offered in the romantic fishing village of Colònia Sant Jordi. The popular night market also takes place here on Wednesdays with its varied and colorful stalls.

Porreres is known for its numerous local festivals, which are accompanied by music, dance and Mallorcan delicacies. You also have the opportunity to visit the "Plaza de Toros". Exciting bullfights are held in the bullring. The Museum of Contemporary Art also attracts numerous holidaymakers and Mallorcans to Porreres. The charming natural landscape around Porreres is particularly popular with holidaymakers for hiking and cycling along the apricot groves and vineyards. Powder-sugar-fine sandy beaches and the turquoise-blue sea just a few minutes' drive away, offer the perfect setting for swimming, sunbathing and relaxing. In addition, there are ideal wind and weather conditions on the south coast of Mallorca, so that you can also enjoy windsurfing, kitesurfing, sailing and diving.

From a gastronomic point of view, Porreres has a lot to offer its visitors. The first-class restaurant "Es Centro" convinces its guests with excellent Mediterranean cuisine and excellent service. The beautiful ambience of the restaurant in the pedestrian zone, which used to be a theater, also ensures maximum satisfaction among its guests.
