On 2 levels and a living space of approx. 300 m2, the finca has 6 bedrooms (4 luxurious double rooms, 1 children's room with 2 beds 170x100 cm, 1 normal guest room in the outdoor area with bathroom), a total of 6 bathrooms, a very spacious and open living area with an adjoining huge high quality kitchen and dining area. 2 of the bedrooms are designed as private living areas (1 x with pantry kitchen and separate living room). The spacious living and kitchen area leads to the 40 m2 porch with access to the terrace and the pool area (pool size: 5 x 10 m). To the side of the porch is a BBQ casita with an outdoor kitchen. Deposit:We charge a deposit of 300 euros, which must be paid in cash when you move in. You will get the deposit back in cash after the property has been returned properly on the day of departure.

Electricity:The prices quoted do not include electricity costs. Electricity is billed in cash on site according to consumption: €0.28/kwh.

Tourist tax:The tourist tax will be paid in cash on site. (Persons from 16 years) max. €2.20 per person per night

Holiday surcharge:On national public holidays such as Easter, Pentecost and Christmas, we charge a surcharge of € 40   on the overnight stay.

special surcharge:For stays of less than 5 days, we charge a one-off expense allowance of €150.

Payment:After your booking, we expect a deposit of 20% to one of our accounts, the balance is then paid on arrival in cash or by PayPal.

Currency:Payment of the rental price is only possible in the currency specified by the landlord (euro).

Description of the surrounding area:

The finca is centrally located. The sea, restaurants, cafes and shops are just 5 km away from the finca. There you can go for a wonderful stroll and will usually find what you are looking for with great Mallorcan offers. In Colonia Sant Jordi there is a very popular night market every Wednesday in summer. Many restaurants offer delicious food, bars offer live music and much more. The well-known natural beach of Es Trenc is also not far away and can also be easily reached on foot. The "Es Trenc" is not wrongly called "the Caribbean of Mallorca". You can walk for hours and find natural beaches. In the direction of Sa Rapita you will find beach bars that offer a snack or coffee and ensaimadas. The places in the area are simply worth seeing: Ses Salines with its great restaurants, Santanyi with its beautiful Placa...

The beautiful town of Colónia Sant Jordi and its beaches are also called "the Caribbean" of Mallorca. Bays with fine sandy beaches and crystal clear water. The natural beach "Es Trenc", the unique still untouched beach of the island. Sports: hiking, horseback riding, tennis, sailing, cycling, Colonia St. Jordi has a wonderful hiking and cycling area. When you arrive, we will see you at the agreed meeting point and accompany you to your holiday home.

 

Arrival Departure:

You can check in with us at 4 p.m., but mutual changes are also possible by arrangement. On the day of your departure we will say goodbye to you at 10 a.m., although changes are also possible here by arrangement.
