This ground floor finca has a living space of approx. 100 square meters and has 2 spacious bedrooms with double beds, 2 newly renovated bathrooms (both with shower), 1 spacious living roomn area, 1 dining room and 1 separate kitchen. The furnishings are bright and modern with a touch of vintage and give the finca an interesting and loving character. On the giant GAround 7,000 square meters of garden area is available for free use. Outside there is a 12 x 5 m pool with 4 sun loungers for relaxing. There are plenty of free parking spaces on the property. WiFi indoors and outdoors as well as air conditioning (cold/warm). This holiday finca will give you as a guest a new feeling of rest and relaxation that touches the heart and soul in equal measure. Of course you will be therein German, English or Spanish  cared for.

Since 2023 there has been a spacious outdoor kitchen with plenty of storage space, built-in BBQ and sink as well as a drinks fridge by the pool. A decorative and illuminated outdoor pavilion with a dining table and chairs right next to the outdoor kitchen perfectly rounds off the romantic ambience. A covered pavilion in front of the finca also provides shade for your car.

Deposit: We charge a deposit of €200, which must be paid in cash when you move in. You will receive the deposit back in cash after the property has been returned properly on the day of departure.

Electricity: The prices shown do not include electricity costs. Electricity is billed in cash based on consumption on site: €0.28 / kwh.

Heating surcharge in the winter season: From 01.11. to 31.03. € 5,-- per day heating costs will be charged extra in cash.

Tourist tax:The tourist tax is paid on site in cash. (People aged 16 and over) max. €2.20 per person p.n.

Holiday surcharge:On national public holidays such as: E.g. Easter, Pentecost and Christmas we charge a surcharge of €40 per night.

Special surcharge: For stays of less than 5 nights, we charge a one-off expense allowance of €120.

Payment: After your booking, we expect a deposit of 20% to be paid into one of our accounts. The remaining payment will then be made on arrival in cash or via Paypal.

 

Currency:Payment of the rental price is only possible in the currency specified by the landlord (Euro).

Description of the surrounding area:

Rurally located between Campos and Colonia Sant Jordi in the south of Mallorca. Short access to Es Trenc beach, Sa Rapita, Ses Salines and Campos. The Es Trenc dream beach can be reached about 5 km away. In the nearby town of Campos you will find various large supermarkets, bakeries, banks and doctors as well as a weekly market (with flea market) every Saturday. In Campos, Sa Rapita, S'Estanyol, Ses Salines and Colonia Sant Jordi you have a large selection of various delicious restaurants that prepare a culinary delight for every taste. In the Mallorcan bars you can still feel and enjoy the real Mallorcan life.
Don't miss the famous weekly market and flea market in Campos. This takes place every Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to around 1:00 p.m. and is one of the few night markets in Mallorca in Colonia Sant Jordi. This takes place every Wednesday in summer from 5 p.m.

The beautiful town of Colónia Sant Jordi and its beaches are also called “the Caribbean” of Mallorca. Bays with fine sandy beaches and crystal clear water. The natural beach "Es Trenc", the island's unique, untouched beach. Sports opportunities, hiking, horse riding, tennis, sailing, cycling, Colónia St. Jordi has a wonderful hiking and cycling area. You can rent bicycles on site. Every day a tour boat goes to the island of Cabrera. Surfing, inline skating, fitness, aerobics, batuka...

When you arrive, we will see you at the agreed meeting point and accompany you to your holiday home.

 

Arrival Departure:

You can check in with us at 4 p.m., but mutual changes are also possible after consultation. On the day of your departure, we will say goodbye to you at 10 a.m., although changes can be made by arrangement.
