Our top-equipped holiday apartment on the ground floor of a quiet three-family house has a living space of approx. 120 square meters. The luxury class has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious and open living and dining area with an adjacent high-quality kitchen. From the living and kitchen area you reach the approximately 40 square meter porch with access to the terrace and the pool area (4 x 8 m). The private garden and pool are exclusive to our guests of this holiday apartment.

Deposit:We charge a deposit of 200 euros, which must be paid in cash when you move in. You will receive the deposit back in cash after the property has been returned properly on the day of departure.

Electricity: The prices shown do not include electricity costs. Electricity is billed in cash based on consumption on site: €0.28 / kwh.

Tourist tax:The Tourist tax is paid in cash on site. (People aged 16 and over) max. €2.20 per person p.n.

Holiday surcharge: On nationwide public holidays such as Easter, Pentecost and Christmas we charge a surcharge of€40 for the overnight stay.

Special surcharge: For stays of less than 5 days, we charge a one-off fee of €100.

Payment: After your booking, we expect a deposit of 20% to be paid into one of our accounts. The remaining payment will then be made in cash or via Paypal upon arrival.

Currency:Payment of the rental price is only possible in the currency specified by the landlord (Euro).

Long-term vacation: possible on request.

Important Information: In the winter months of December to March, the holiday home has no internet or WiFi.

Description of the surrounding area:

The holiday apartment is centrally located. Pedestrian zone, restaurants, cafes and shops are in the immediate vicinity. You can go for a wonderful stroll and usually find what you are looking for with this great offer. The very popular night market also takes place every Wednesday in summer. Many restaurants offer delicious food, bars offer live music and much more. The natural beach “Es Trenc” is also easy to reach on foot. It is not without reason that the “Es Trenc” is also called “the Caribbean of Mallorca”. You can take hours-long walks and find natural beaches. In one direction to Cap de Ses Salines or in the other direction via Ses Covetes to Sa Rapita you will find everything that makes a dream holiday. Towards Sa Rapita you will find beach bars that offer a snack or coffee and ensaimadas or snacks. Places in the area are simply worth seeing: Ses Salines with its great restaurants, Santanyi with its beautiful placa…

 

Free time activities:

The beautiful town of Colónia Sant Jordi and its beaches are also called “the Caribbean” of Mallorca. Bays with fine sandy beaches and crystal clear water. The natural beach "Es Trenc", the only untouched beach on the island. Sports options: hiking, horse riding, tennis, sailing, cycling, Colónia St. Jordi has a wonderful hiking and cycling area. You can rent bicycles on site. There is a regular bus service to Palma during the day. Every day a tour boat goes to the island of Cabrera. Surfing, inline skating, fitness, aerobics, Batuka... The beautiful harbor, beaches, shops, restaurants etc. can all be easily reached on foot. 40 km to Palma de Mallorca.

When you arrive, we will see you at the agreed meeting point and accompany you to your holiday home.

 

Arrival Departure:

You can check in with us at 4 p.m., but mutual changes are also possible after consultation. On the day of your departure, we will say goodbye to you at 10 a.m., although changes can be made by arrangement.
