On the 2nd floor there is a fitness area for all sports enthusiasts. A huge 20 x 10 m pool awaits you outside, which ensures lots of fun for young and old. In the rear finca area is the BBQ patio with a large Mallorcan grill. Oleander bushes and lemon trees around the finca ensure pure peace and relaxation. You can unwind on lounge sofas and hammocks under the additional 200 m2 of covered outdoor terraces. The holiday finca with German flat screen TV (47 inches), 1000 watt stereo system, internet and WiFi meets all German standards and will give you an unforgettable dream holiday. Special surcharge: For stays of less than 5 nights, we charge a one-off expense allowance of 120 euros.

Holiday surcharge: On nationwide public holidays such as Easter, Pentecost and Christmas, we charge a surcharge of €40 on overnight stays.

Entertainment fee: We charge a one-off fee of 150 euros for events and parties.

Minimum age: The main tenant must be at least 30 years old.

Payment:After your booking, we expect a deposit of 20% to be paid into one of our accounts, the remaining payment will then be made in cash upon arrival on site. or via Paypal.

Currency:Payment of the rental price is only possible in the currency specified by the landlord (Euro).

Description of the surrounding area:

The finca is in a very quiet location on an enclosed 14,100 sqm large property in a private location. Restaurants, cafes and shops are just 4 km away. There in Campos there are many large supermarkets, doctors, banks and pharmacies and you can also go for a wonderful stroll and usually find great Mallorcan offers. In Colonia Sant Jordi there is a very popular night market every Wednesday in summer. Many restaurants offer delicious food, bars offer live music and much more. The well-known natural beach Es Trenc is only 14 km away and can be easily reached by car. It is not without reason that the “Es Trenc” is also called “the Caribbean of Mallorca”. You can take hours-long walks and find natural beaches.  In the direction of Sa Rapita you will find beach bars that offer a snack or coffee and ensaimadas.  The places in the area are simply worth seeing: Ses Salines with its great restaurants, Santanyi with its beautiful placa…

For golfers, the Vall D'or golf course can be reached in approx. 22 km.
The capital Palma is approx. 40 km away.

The beautiful town of Colónia Sant Jordi and its beaches are also called “the Caribbean” of Mallorca. Bays with fine sandy beaches and crystal clear water. The natural beach "Es Trenc", the island's unique, untouched beach. Sports options: hiking, horse riding, tennis, sailing, cycling, Colónia St. Jordi has a wonderful hiking and cycling area. When you arrive, we will see you at the agreed meeting point and accompany you to your holiday home.

 

Arrival Departure:

You can check in with us at 4 p.m., but mutual changes are also possible after consultation. On the day of your departure, we will say goodbye to you at 10 a.m., although changes can be made by arrangement.
