This ultra-modern luxury finca of 250 sqm is built on a hillside and offers an impressive view over the small town of Petra and the rural surroundings. 3 generously proportioned feel-good bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms, ensure a restful night's sleep. There is also a guest toilet in the hallway. The living/dining room has a modern design and the adjoining high-quality, bright kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Next to the kitchen there is a large laundry and storage room. The finca is equipped with underfloor heating and air conditioning and can therefore be used all year round. From the living room you can access the large terrace with a 30 sqm patio and seating furniture as well as the 10 x 5 m overflow pool with a waterfall shower. A jacuzzi and a BBQ area with counter and bar stools also ensure pure relaxation and fun. The finca is equipped with internet and German flat screen TV. There are plenty of covered parking spaces (carport) available on the property.

Holiday surcharge:On national public holidays such as Easter, Pentecost and Christmas, we charge a surcharge of € 40   on the overnight stay.

Payment:For a binding booking, we expect a deposit of 30%, the remaining payment is made 14 days before the start of your holiday by bank transfer.

special surcharge:For stays of less than 5 days, we charge a one-off expense allowance of €150.

Payment:After your booking, we expect a deposit of 20% to one of our accounts, the balance is then paid on arrival in cash or via PayPal.

Currency:Payment of the rental price is only possible in the currency specified by the landlord (euro).

Description of the surrounding area:

The finca is in a very quiet, private location on a large, enclosed property. Restaurants, cafes and shops are in the nearby town of Petra. There are also a few supermarkets and you can also go for a wonderful stroll and will usually find great Mallorcan offers. In Manacor, 15 km away, you will find large supermarkets, doctors, pharmacies and banks as well as a hospital. The well-known beach in Can Picaford is also only 15 km away and can be easily reached by car. The capital Palma is about 55 km away.

Arrival description:

When you arrive, we will see you at the agreed meeting point and accompany you to your holiday home.

 

Arrival Departure:

You can check in with us at 4 p.m., but mutual changes are also possible by arrangement. On the day of your departure we will say goodbye to you at 10 a.m., although changes are also possible here by arrangement.
