In the lower area of the finca there is a living room with a fireplace, a large kitchen with its own fireplace and a separate bathroom. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious dining area are located on the lower floor. In the upper area of the 420 sqm finca you will find another living room with fireplace, a bedroom with connection to a large separate terrace as well as two further bedrooms and two bathrooms.  Outside there is a large pool (11 x 5 m) as well as  a large outdoor shower, which provides a lot of fun for young and old. Directly at the pool there is another kitchen with a large gas stove, a dishwasher, its own utility room   and a bathroom with shower and other amenities. Around the finca with a total of 430,000 square meters of land, oleander bushes and fruit trees ensure peace and relaxation  pure. Under the other covered outdoor terraces you can relax on lounge sofas. The holiday finca with German flat screen TV, Internet and WLAN meets all German standards and will give you an unforgettable dream holiday.

Final cleaning:one-off fee of 250 euros.

Deposit:We charge a deposit of 300 euros, which must be paid in cash when you move in. You will get the deposit back in cash after the property has been returned properly on the day of departure.

Electricity:The prices quoted do not include electricity costs. Electricity is billed in cash on site according to consumption: €0.28/kwh.

Tourist tax:The tourist tax is paid on site in cash. (Persons from 16 years) max. €2.20 per person per night.

Holiday surcharge:On national public holidays such as Easter, Pentecost and Christmas, we charge a surcharge of € 40   on the overnight stay.

Payment:After your booking, we expect a deposit of 20% to one of our accounts, the balance is then paid on arrival in cash or via PayPal.

Currency:Payment of the rental price is only possible in the currency specified by the landlord (euro).

Description of the surrounding area:

The finca is very quietly located on a closed 430,000 m2 plot in a private location. Restaurants, cafes and shops are only 5 km away in Campos. There are also many large supermarkets, doctors, banks and pharmacies and you can also go for a wonderful stroll and will usually find great Mallorcan offers. In Colonia Sant Jordi, the very popular night market is always on Wednesdays in summer. Many restaurants here offer delicious food, bars offer live music and much more. The well-known natural beach of Es Trenc is only 20 km away and can easily be reached by car. The "Es Trenc" is not wrongly called "the Caribbean of Mallorca". You can walk for hours and find natural beaches. The capital Palma is about 40 km away.

When you arrive, we will see you at the agreed meeting point and accompany you to your holiday home.

 

Arrival Departure:

You can check in with us at 4 p.m., but mutual changes are also possible by arrangement. On the day of your departure we say goodbye at 10 a.m., although changes are also possible here by arrangement.
