As a guest, this holiday finca will give you a new feeling of rest and relaxation, which will touch your heart and soul in equal measure. Of course you will be looked after in German on site.

Holiday surcharge:On national public holidays such as Easter, Pentecost and Christmas, we charge a surcharge of € 40   on the overnight stay.

special surcharge:For stays of less than 5 days, we charge a one-off expense allowance of €150.

Payment:After your booking, we expect a deposit of 20% to one of our accounts, the balance is then paid on arrival in cash or via PayPal.

Currency:Payment of the rental price is only possible in the currency specified by the landlord (euro).

Description of the surrounding area:

Rural location between Campos and Sa Rapita in the south of Mallorca. Short connection to Es Trenc beach, to Sa Rapita, Ses Salines and Campos. The Es Trenc dream beach in Sa Rapita at the port can be reached in about 4 km. In the nearby well-known village of Campos you will find several supermarkets, bakeries and a weekly market (with flea market) every Saturday. In Campos, Sa Rapita, S'Estanyol, Ses Salines and Colonia Sant Jordi you have a wide choice of restaurants. In the Mallorcan bars you can still experience real Mallorca life. Don't miss the already famous weekly flea market in Campos. This takes place every Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to around 1:00 p.m. and is one of the few night markets in Colonia Sant Jordi. This takes place every Wednesday in summer from 5 p.m.

The beautiful town of Sa Rápita and its beaches are also called "the Caribbean" of Mallorca. Bays with fine sandy beaches and crystal clear water. When you arrive, we will see you at the agreed meeting point and accompany you to your holiday home.

 

Arrival Departure:

You can check in with us at 4 p.m., but mutual changes are also possible by arrangement. On the day of your departure we say goodbye at 10 a.m., although changes are also possible here by arrangement.
