 + In bad weather, we check your property for damage or water ingress.

 + If you are absent for a longer period of time, we will regularly check your property so that our presence deters burglars.

 + For manual work in the house, on the house or in the garden, we check our reliable craftsmen at their work.

+ Regular airing of your property.

 

 

Our service for your garden (optional):

 + Provision of local craftsmen in the field of planting, lawn shortening, palm pruning  as well as sidewalk and driveway design and renovation as well as outdoor lighting.

 + Regular garden maintenance.

 

 

 

Our service for your pool (optional):

 + Provision of domestic pool craftsmen.

+ Seasonally necessary and regular cleaning of the pool, checking the chlorine content and the PH value as well as the pool lighting.
