The fully fenced and tastefully furnished villa has 5 spacious bedrooms with large built-in closets on 2 levels and a living space of approx. 300 m2. 2 bedrooms have their own terrace. There is 1 modern bathroom with bidet and toilet on each floor (1 bathroom with shower / 1 bathroom with tub). In the lower area there is a very spacious and open-plan living/dining area with an adjoining, separate, high-quality and fully equipped kitchen. The living/dining area leads to the terrace and the adjoining fenced pool area. In the lovingly designed  garden is the BBQ, which can also be accessed separately from the kitchen. Sufficient sun loungers around the pool ensure your well-deserved relaxation. There are enough free parking spaces in front of the villa, but you can also park your bicycles or scooters in the in-house garage, which is located in the lower area of the villa. Deposit:We charge a deposit of 200 euros, which must be paid in cash when you move in. You will get the deposit back in cash after the property has been returned properly on the day of departure.

Electricity:The prices quoted do not include electricity costs.Electricity is billed in cash on site according to consumption: €0.28/kwh.

Holiday surcharge:On national public holidays such as Easter, Pentecost and Christmas, we charge a surcharge of € 40   on the overnight stay.

special surcharge:For stays of less than 5 nights, we charge a one-off expense allowance of €120.

Payment:After your booking, we expect a deposit of 20% to one of our accounts, the balance is then paid on arrival in cash or via PayPal.

Currency:Payment of the rental price is only possible in the currency specified by the landlord (euro).

Description of the surrounding area:

The villa is centrally located in Colonia Sant Jordi on a quiet side street. The picturesque harbour, the sea with its fine white sandy beaches, restaurants, cafes and shops are just a few meters from the villa. There you can go for a wonderful stroll and will usually find what you are looking for with great Mallorcan offers. In Colonia Sant Jordi there is a very popular night market every Wednesday in summer. Many restaurants offer delicious food, bars offer live music and much more. The well-known natural beach Es Trenc is also not far away and can also be easily reached on foot in a few minutes. The "Es Trenc" is not wrongly called "the Caribbean of Mallorca". You can walk for hours and find other natural beaches such. B. Es Dolc, Es Carbo or Cala Galiota. The beaches are very child-friendly because they are gently sloping and run far into the sea. In the direction of Sa Rapita you will find beach bars that offer a snack or coffee and ensaimadas. The places in the area are simply worth seeing: Ses Salines with its great restaurants, Santanyi with its beautiful Placa...

 

Free time activities:

The beautiful town of Colónia Sant Jordi and its beaches are also called "the Caribbean" of Mallorca. Here you will find bays with fine sandy beaches and crystal clear water. The natural beach "Es Trenc", the unique still untouched beach of the island. Sports: hiking, horseback riding, tennis, sailing, cycling. Colonia St. Jordi has a wonderful walking and cycling area. You can rent bicycles on site. Every day a tourist boat goes to the island of Cabrera. Surfing, inline skating, fitness, aerobics, Batuka... There is also a daily bus service to the capital Palma, which is well worth seeing, with its picturesque old town and the imposing cathedral.

When you arrive, we will see you at the agreed meeting point and accompany you to your holiday home.

 

Arrival Departure:

You can check in with us at 4 p.m., but mutual changes are also possible by arrangement. On the day of your departure we will say goodbye to you at 10 a.m., although changes are also possible here by arrangement.
