This tastefully furnished holiday home impresses with its exclusive interior and is quietly located outside of Campos. Our 3 luxury bedrooms are bright and modernly furnished and offer the finest ambience. The 3 luxurious bathrooms underline the elegant ambience. 2 double rooms and 2 bathrooms are in the main house, in the guest casita (on the same property approx. 30 m away) there is 1 further double room in vintage style and 1 bathroom. There is also the option for an additional child's bed. The spacious and fully equipped gourmet kitchen with the elegant dining area will turn your meals into unique experiences. You can unwind in our wellness jacuzzi or relax on high-quality sun loungers in our terrace area. You will experience a dream holiday in a class of its own that will touch your heart. Of course, we will support you on site in German and will be happy to answer any questions you may have at any time.

Deposit: We charge a deposit of 200 euros, which must be paid in cash when you move in. You will receive the deposit back in cash after the property has been returned properly on the day of departure.

Electricity: The prices shown are plus. Electricity costs. The electricity is billed in cash based on consumption on site: €0.28 / kwh, the consumption for the jacuzzi separately at €0.60 / kwh.

Tourist tax:The tourist tax is paid on site in cash. (People aged 16 and over) max. €2.20 per person p.n.

Holiday surcharge: On nationwide public holidays such as Easter, Whitsun and Christmas, we charge a surcharge of €40 on overnight stays.

Special surcharge: For stays of less than 5 days, we charge a one-off fee of €120.

Payment:After your booking we expect a deposit of 20%  to one of our accounts, the remaining payment is then made upon arrival in cash or via Paypal.

Currency: Payment of the rental price is only possible in the currency specified by the landlord (Euro).

Long-term vacation: possible on request.​

Important Information:In the winter months of December to March, the holiday home has no internet or WiFi.

Description of the surrounding area:

The finca is outside Campos and is very quiet. Restaurants, cafes and shops, banks and pharmacies are just 2 km away from the finca. In Campos you can go for a wonderful stroll and usually find great Mallorcan offers. In Colonia Sant Jordi there is a very popular night market every Wednesday in summer. Many restaurants offer delicious food, bars offer live music and much more. The well-known natural beach Es Trenc is also not far away and can be easily reached by car in just a few minutes. It is not without reason that the “Es Trenc” is also called “the Caribbean of Mallorca”. You can take hours-long walks and find natural beaches. In the direction of Sa Rapita you will find beach bars that offer a snack or coffee and ensaimadas. The places in the area are simply worth seeing: Ses Salines with its great restaurants, Santanyi with its beautiful placa…

 

Free time activities:

The beautiful town of Colónia Sant Jordi and its beaches are also called “the Caribbean” of Mallorca. Bays with fine sandy beaches and crystal clear water. The natural beach "Es Trenc", the island's unique, untouched beach. Sports options: hiking, horse riding, tennis, sailing, cycling, Colónia St. Jordi has a wonderful hiking and cycling area. You can rent bicycles on site. Every day a tour boat goes to the island of Cabrera. Surfing, inline skating, fitness, aerobics, batuka...

 

Arrival description:

When you arrive, we will see you at the agreed meeting point and accompany you to your holiday home.

 

Arrival Departure:

You can check in with us at 4 p.m., but mutual changes are also possible after consultation. On the day of your departure, we will say goodbye to you at 10 a.m., although changes can be made by arrangement.
