Between Ses Salines and Es Llombards is this finca “Casa Coco”, which was completely restored and renovated in 2017 and furnished in a modern country house style. It has a ground floor living space of approx. 250 square meters and is in a fantastically private location between Ses Salines and Es Llombards and is therefore not only suitable for families with small children, but also for seniors.

 

All 3 tastefully furnished double bedrooms have air conditioning. The 2 bathrooms are modern and spacious and have floor-to-ceiling showers. The partly open dining area is very stylish and lovingly furnished in a country house style and is adjacent to a reading room or study - ideal for a home office. From the dining room you can access the side terrace. The separate, high-quality kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob and from here you can access the cozy pool terrace with a large dining area. The kitchen also leads to the spacious living room with a comfortable sofa area. The utility room with washing machine is located separately.

 

Directly on the terrace is the 8 x 3 m pool in a well-kept garden with native plants. To the side of the finca there is a separate BBQ casita with a dining table and kitchenette as well as a comfortable lounge or relaxation area. Plenty of sun loungers around the pool ensure your well-deserved relaxation. The modern and loving country house design paired with bright furniture offers an ambience to feel good. Deposit: We charge a deposit of €300, which must be paid in cash upon moving in. You will receive the deposit back in cash after the property has been returned properly on the day of departure.

Electricity: The prices shown do not include electricity costs. Electricity is billed in cash based on consumption on site: €0.28 / kwh.

Tourist tax: The tourist tax is paid on site in cash. (People aged 16 and over) max. €2.20 per person p.n.

Holiday surcharge: On nationwide public holidays such as: E.g. Easter, Pentecost and Christmas we charge a surcharge of €40 per night.

Special surcharge: For stays of less than 5 nights, we charge an expense allowance of €40 per night.

Payment: After your booking, we expect a deposit of 20% to be paid into one of our accounts. The remaining payment will then be made in cash or via Paypal upon arrival

Currency: Payment of the rental price is only possible in the currency specified by the landlord (Euro).

Long-term vacation: possible on request.

Description of the surrounding area:

The completely fenced Finca Rustica is quietly located between Ses Salines and Es Llombards. restaurants,

Cafes, shops, banks and doctors are just 2 km from the finca in the nearby area

the town of Ses Salines. You can go for a wonderful stroll there and always find what you're looking for

with the great Mallorcan offers. Due to its ideal location, it is also ideal for cyclists.

 

The Es Trenc beach, which is not without reason called “the Caribbean of Mallorca”, is only about 13 km away.

In the nearby town of Colonia Sant Jordi there is a very popular night market every Wednesday in summer. Many restaurants offer delicious food, bars offer live music and much more. Here you can take hours-long walks and find natural beaches. Other beaches nearby include: in the area: Porto Petro, S 'aramarador, Cala Mondrago, Cala Figuera, Cala Santanyi, Cala Llombards, Caló des Moro, Cala s' Alunia, Cala s'Alunia, Cala Figuereta, Caló des Màrmols, Far de Ses Salines, Es Caragol, Es Carbó, Colonia de Sant Jordi, Es Trenc, S Trenc, Ses Covetes, Sa Rap and S' Estenyol.
