Detailed description :
Spread over 1.5 levels and with a living area of approximately 150 m2, the fully fenced finca features 3 spacious double bedrooms (one bedroom with walk-in wardrobe), a total of 2 bathrooms (1 en suite), a guest toilet, a separate guest room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a very spacious and open-plan main living/dining area with a fireplace, and an adjacent separate fully equipped kitchen.
From the living/dining area as well as from the kitchen you can access the large covered L-shaped terrace and from there to the BBQ area opposite and to the laundry room at the end of the terrace.
The walled pool (pool size: 3 x 6 m) is reached via a few steps away. Plenty of sun loungers around the pool ensure your well-deserved relaxation.
The rustic yet tasteful design creates a welcoming atmosphere. This holiday finca, equipped with German TV, internet access, and Wi-Fi, meets all German standards and will provide you with an unforgettable dream vacation. Ample parking is available around the finca. Let yourself be captivated by the location and amenities, and soak up the sun. You'll love it. Prices vary depending on the season, minimum stay is 4 nights:
January 1st to January 31st: €279 per night for up to 6 people – each additional person €45
Feb 1st to Feb 28th (or 28th): €279 per night for a max. of 6 people – each additional person €45
March 1st to March 15th: €279 per night for up to 6 people – each additional person €45
March 16th to March 31st: €259 per night for a maximum of 6 people – each additional person €45
From April 1st to April 30th: €259 per night for a max. of 6 people – each additional person €45
May 1st to May 31st: €259 per night for a maximum of 6 people – each additional person €45
June 1st to June 30th: €369 per night for a maximum of 6 people – each additional person €45
July 1st to July 31st: €399 per night for a maximum of 6 people – each additional person €45
August 1st to August 31st: €399 per night for a maximum of 6 people – each additional person €45
September 1st to Sept. 30th: €369 per night for a max. of 6 people – each additional person €45

Final cleaning: 200,-- Euro (one fee applies ).
Security deposit: We require a security deposit of €400, which must be paid in cash upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded in cash on the day of departure after the property has been returned in good order.
Electricity: The prices quoted do not include electricity costs. Electricity will be charged on-site in cash according to consumption: €0.35/kWh.
Tourist tax: The tourist tax is payable locally in cash. (Persons aged 16 and over) max. €2.20 per person per night
Special surcharge: For stays of less than 5 nights, we charge a one-time service fee of €100.
Holiday surcharge: On nationwide public holidays such as Easter, Pentecost, and Christmas, we charge a surcharge of €50 per night.
Payment: After your booking, we expect a deposit of 20% to one of our accounts; the remaining payment is then due upon arrival on site in cash or via Paypal, or up to 7 days before arrival by bank transfer to the account you already know.
Currency: Payment of the rental price is only possible in the currency specified by the landlord (Euro).
Long-term leave: possible on request.

Description of the immediate surroundings:
This charming and popular finca is situated in a peaceful rural setting overlooking the Galdent mountain and is only 2.5 km from Llucmajor. Restaurants, cafes, doctors, pharmacies, banks, and shops are all within approximately 3 km of the finca. There, you can enjoy a leisurely stroll and usually find a great selection of Mallorcan goods. In Llucmajor, a very popular weekly market takes place every Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday during the summer. Numerous restaurants offer delicious food, bars feature live music, and much more.
In Llucmajor you will find several large supermarkets (Eroski, Mercadona, Carrefour, BIP, Hipercentro) and the Müller drugstore with a wide selection of all daily necessities.
The famous Es Trenc beach begins in Sa Rapita and ends in Colonia Sant Jordi. This stretch of beach is also known as the "Caribbean of Mallorca" because of its crystal-clear, azure waters. It is very child-friendly, as the beach slopes gently into the sea.
The impressive capital city of Palma is also not far from Llucmajor and offers many sights, such as the famous cathedral, the imposing port, the dreamy old town with its many small boutiques, and Mallorcan shops with a wide selection of well-known local delicacies in all the alleyways .

The small town of Llucmajor impresses with its diverse culinary offerings, numerous shopping opportunities, and leisure activities. The finca's location allows holidaymakers to enjoy wonderful and unforgettable cycling and hiking tours, providing a fantastic impression of the Mallorcan landscape and remarkable architecture.
Why not visit the Talayotic settlement of Capocorb, an archaeological site dating back to the Bronze Age, or the S'Estralella lighthouse, or play a round of golf at the Maioris golf course? For racing enthusiasts, there's the go-kart track at Circuit Mallorca, and a visit to the Fresopolis children's farm is also highly recommended. For those with a sweet tooth, we suggest visiting one of the many wineries to choose from.

Upon your arrival, we will meet you at the agreed meeting point and accompany you to your holiday accommodation.
Arrival/Departure:
You can check in from 4 pm onwards, however, changes to this time are possible by mutual agreement. On your departure day, we will see you off no later than 10 am, although changes to this time are also possible by prior arrangement.
