The lovingly and modernly furnished holiday finca Can Llop has 184 square meters of living space on the ground floor

3 spacious bedrooms and 3 beautiful bathrooms, with 1 further bedroom with 1 bathroom on the upper floor in a separate apartment with a large roof terrace, which can be reached via an external staircase. The tasteful living room with fireplace and library adjoins the separate and spacious kitchen with dining area, which is fully equipped. In front of the kitchen you will find the large terrace and garden area with Mediterranean flora on 2,000 square meters as well as the pool area (pool 5 x 10 m) with plenty of sun loungers, shady chill areas and a 12 x 4 m boccia court.

 

There are also 2 bicycles available for free use. For children's safety there is a children's fence at the pool, as well as games collections and badminton. You will be personally welcomed by our house supervisor upon your arrival and will be looked after in all questions and concerns during your stay. A gift basket awaits you to welcome you.

Deposit: We charge a deposit of €450, which must be paid in cash upon moving in. You will receive the deposit back in cash after the property has been returned properly on the day of departure.

Electricity: The prices shown include electricity costs.

Tourist tax:The tourist tax is paid on site in cash. (People aged 16 and over) max. €2.20 per person p.n.

Payment: After your booking, we expect a deposit of 20% to be paid into one of our accounts. The remaining payment will then be made on arrival in cash or via Paypal.

Currency:Payment of the rental price is only possible in the currency specified by the landlord (Euro).

Description of the surrounding area:

The holiday finca is quietly located in the countryside between Campos and Santanyi. In just a few minutes by car you can reach Campos with 4 large supermarkets as well as banks, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants, shops and bars. There is a large weekly market there every Saturday with many colorful stalls. Also worth seeing is Colonia Sant Jordi with its enchanting harbor and promenades, which is only about 8 km away. You can go for a wonderful stroll there and usually find what you're looking for among the great offerings. In the summer there is also the very popular night club every Wednesday.market instead. Many restaurants offer delicious food, bars offer live music and much more. The natural beach Es Trenc is also within easy walking distance. It is not without reason that the “Es Trenc” is also called “the Caribbean of Mallorca”. You can take hours-long walks and find natural beaches. In one direction to Cap de Ses Salines or in the other direction via Ses Covetes to Sa Rapita you will find everything that makes a dream holiday. Towards Sa Rapita you will find beach bars that offer a snack or coffee and ensaimadas.

The beautiful town of Colónia Sant Jordi and its streetis also called "the Caribbean" of Mallorca. Bays with fine sandy beaches and crystal clear water. The natural beach "Es Trenc", the island's unique, untouched beach. Sports opportunities, hiking, horse riding, tennis, sailing, cycling, Colónia St. Jordi has a wonderful hiking and cycling area. You can rent bicycles on site. Every day a tour boat goes to the island of Cabrera. Surfing, inline skating, fitness, aerobics, Batuka...The beautiful harbor, beaches, shops, restaurants etc. are all within easy walking distance. 40 km to Palma de Mallorca.

When you arrive, we will see you at the agreed meeting point and accompany you to your holiday home.

 

Arrival Departure:

You can check in with us at 4 p.m., but mutual changes are also possible after consultation. On the day of your departure, we will say goodbye to you at 10 a.m., although changes can be made by arrangement.
