In the period from November 1st, 2020 to March 31st, 2021 we are offering our charming finca "Estrella" near Campos for rent.

 

Here you can move freely and carefree despite Corona. Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and, on nice days, the outdoor pool.

 

She expects:

2 double bedrooms

2 bathrooms (shower / toilet)

1 separate fully equipped kitchen

1 separate dining room

1 living room

1 separate utility room with washing machine + dryer

Outside pool with BBQ gas grill

Sufficient parking spaces are available on the property. The property is completely fenced and an electric gate secures the property.

Sufficient bed linen, towels and pool towels

Fly screens on all windows

Washer, dryer, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, juicer, blender, stove with 4-ring ceramic hob and oven, pots and dishes.

A baby travel cot and high chair can be provided on request.

 

Conditions:

The monthly rent excluding charges is 1,300 euros plus 170 euros for ancillary costs.

We charge a deposit of 1 month's rent, which must be paid in cash when you move in. You will receive the deposit back in cash on the day of departure after the property has been properly returned.

The minimum rental period is 1 month and a maximum of 5 months.

In the event of problems, we are promptly on site so that we can take care of your concerns.

 

Location:

The finca is approx. 3 km from Campos. Here you will find various large supermarkets (Aldi, Lidl, Mercadona, Eroski, Müller etc.), banks, pharmacies, restaurants, bars and many other shops.

To the sea and various beaches as well as the famous "Es Trenc Beach" you only need about 10 minutes by car.

You can reach the airport in just 30 minutes and Palma is around 35-40 minutes.

 

So all you have to do is pack your bags and off you go.
