Our environmentally friendly and unique holiday finca for up to 10 people with an extraordinary pool landscape is quietly located in the countryside near Campos. This is where sensible sustainability meets Mallorcan flair. Our motto ‘the guest is king’ makes this remarkable finca the perfect place to relax and unwind.

 

Detailed description :

A long driveway leads you to the lovingly and modernly furnished holiday finca "del Corazòn".

 

With 310 square meters of living space, this impressive finca offers a total of five spacious bedrooms with impressive closets (four of which have en-suite bathrooms) and a shared, fully equipped bathroom on the ground floor. Four bedrooms have access to a terrace on the first floor, from which you can enjoy magnificent views. The spacious and tastefully furnished living room adjoins the fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dining area for 10 people. Next to the kitchen is the utility room with a washing machine and a refrigerator/freezer.

 

From here, you access the brick and open carport, which you can also access directly from the driveway with your car, motorcycle, or bicycle. The living room leads to the large terrace with ample dining space, a seating area, TV, gas grill, and the breathtaking pool landscape, which is second to none. This pool complex is divided into a children's pool area, a 20-meter-long pool for swimmers and adults, and a Jacuzzi area for relaxation. Plenty of sun loungers are available for every guest around the pool.

 

The 14,000 square meter property is fully fenced and planted with typical Mallorcan trees. SOLAR PANELS for the sake of the environment provide ample electricity. Ample parking is available directly in front of the finca. Es Trenc Beach is just a few minutes away and, with its gently sloping sand, is ideal for children. This finca is also ideal for motorcyclists and cyclists, as well as for sports enthusiasts of all kinds.

 

The absolute special highlight is the free and private parking directly by the sea in Ses Covetes.

 

You will be personally welcomed by us upon arrival and will be available to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have during your stay in German, English or Spanish.

Deposit: We charge a deposit of €300, which must be paid in cash when you move in. The deposit will be returned to you in cash on the day of your departure after the property has been returned in good condition.

Electricity: The prices quoted include electricity costs.

Heating surcharge in the winter season: From November 1st to March 31st, an extra heating fee of €10 per day will be charged in cash.

Tourist tax: The tourist tax is paid on site in cash. (Persons aged 16 and over) max. €2.20 per person per night

Special surcharge: For stays of less than 5 nights we charge a one-off expense allowance of €100.

Holiday surcharge: On national public holidays such as Easter, Pentecost and Christmas we charge a surcharge of €50 per night.

Payment: After your booking we require a deposit of 20% to one of our accounts, the remaining payment is then due upon arrival in cash or via Paypal.

Currency: Payment of the rental price is only possible in the currency specified by the landlord (Euro).

Long-term vacation: possible on request.

Description of the surrounding area:

The holiday finca is quietly situated in the countryside between Campos and Sa Rapita. Campos, with its four large supermarkets, banks, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants, shops, and bars, is just a few minutes' drive away. A large weekly market with many colorful stalls is held there every Saturday. Also worth seeing is Colonia Sant Jordi, with its charming harbor and promenade, which is only about 8 km away. It's a lovely place to stroll and usually find something to suit your taste. In summer, the very popular night market takes place every Wednesday. Many restaurants offer delicious food, bars host live music, and much more. The natural beach of Es Trenc is also within easy walking distance. Es Trenc is not without reason called the "Caribbean of Mallorca." You can take long walks and find pristine beaches. In one direction to Cap de Ses Salines, or in the other direction via Ses Covetes to Sa Rapita, you'll find everything you need for a dream vacation. Towards Sa Rapita you will find beach bars offering snacks or coffee and ensaimadas.

Free time activities :

The beautiful town of Colónia Sant Jordi and its beaches are also called "the Caribbean" of Mallorca. Bays with fine sandy beaches and crystal clear water. The natural beach "Es Trenc", the only untouched beach on the island.

Sports: Hiking, horse riding, tennis, sailing, cycling, Colónia St. Jordi has a wonderful hiking and cycling area. You can rent bicycles and motorbikes in town. During the day there is a regular bus service to Palma. Every day there is a day trip boat to the island of Cabrera. Surfing, inline skating, fitness, aerobics, Batuka...The beautiful harbor, beaches, shops, restaurants, etc. can all be easily reached on foot. 40 km to Palma de Mallorca.
